Ways You Can HelpDonations55 Kip Center is "Building Bridges to Successful Aging"YOU CAN " Build a Bridge to the Future"Together, we can insure that 55 Kip Center continues its life sustaining programs and services - leading older adults in our community to stronger, healthier, more active and richer lives. 55 Kip Center, Bergen County's first nationally accredited, "Senior Center of Excellence" is dedicated to promoting the physical, emotional, educational and spiritual well-being of older adults and facilitating their participation in all aspects of community life. Until now, there has never been a place like this in our community.
Remembrances in honor of loved ones or special occasions are a way of making a lasting contribution. Gifts of cash, securities, life insurance and real estate are gratefully appreciated. There are naming opportunities and program sponsorships available. Pledges of $5,000 or more may be paid out over a maximum of 5 years. Along with a substantial tax deduction, donors receive benefits corresponding with their level of giving. VolunteeringBridgebuildersBridgebuilders, our intergenerational volunteer program offers opportunities to be of service in the center or in the community. Churches, businesses and organizations volunteer in our nutrition program. Home Friends provides in-home support services to older adults or disabled in their home. Training, support and the opportunity for a rewarding experience by making a difference in someone's life are just some of the reasons volunteers enroll as a Bridgebuilder. To volunteer, call Charlene Mariano at (201) 460-1600 or click here to complete the volunteer application. |
