Coming in September- A New Men's Fitness Class

New Men's Senior Strength, Balance and More! This class is designed for the Guys! Appropriate for the experienced as well as those just starting their journey to a fit and healthy lifestyle.  This workout will use your body weight, exercise bands and hand weights to improve strength, flexibility and balance. Modifications for exercises to meet your individual needs.  Instructor: Chris Ford, PT
