Saturday Programs
The Kip Center is open every Saturday, except when noted, from 8:30am-3:30pm.  Fun events and programs are scheduled each week (see calendar) and a nutritious, hot lunch is served by dedicated volunteers. Not only is the Kip Center a home away from home, we offer an exciting variety of activities on Saturday. Chances are, whatever’s on the agenda, the center will be bustling. What’s more, should you need information about senior benefits or services, the center’s friendly staff will be glad to help you. And if you just want to relax with good friends over a game of cards or cup of coffee, well, pull up a chair! Being with friends is the best part of attending the Kip Center!
Nutritious Meals
A nutritious, hot lunch is served daily at the center. Kip Café features a full course home cooked meal on Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday. Light breakfast is available on weekdays. Reservations are required and should be made 24 hours in advance. A $5.00 donation is suggested. No lunch is served on Wednesdays.
Transportation is available on the Rutherford mini-bus for Rutherford Residents. The bus leaves the center every half hour. Membership also includes free parking on the third floor of the parking garage.
